The iRTG (integrated Research Training Group) of the TRR 375 supports and promotes the doctoral researchers during the course of their project, making a significant contribution to interdepartmental and interdisciplinary networking. The central aim of the MGK is to maintain the established “TRR 375 identity” of the doctoral researchers through group-forming support concepts, which contributes significantly to specialist discussions and interdisciplinary cooperation. Furthermore, the iRTG pursues the individual qualification of doctoral researchers through a series of interlinked measures, creating an ideal environment for rapid and academically high-quality doctorates.
