First award for a student thesis in TRR 375

Yesterday, a student thesis was awarded for the first time in TRR 375. Christian Ammon received the award for his master's thesis entitled “Closing porous metallic foams by Laser Directed Energy Deposition”, which he completed at the Institute for Manufacturing Technology and Production Systems at RPTU Kaiserslautern. The award recognizes his excellent work.
